Shipping policy

Current Turn Around Time (TAT) is noted in the global header of the website. Please note TAT includes the timeframe for the making of the bows and to ship the bows. It does not include the actual transit time to the customer. Orders are guaranteed to be processed and shipped during this TAT but once turned over to the shipping carrier the packages are no longer our responsibility.

All product is shipped through United States Postal Services (USPS). Free shipping is offered on orders over $50. Priority Shipping does not expediate the processing time.

For any orders that are combined after purchase the product will ship together at the longest TAT. 

Please note shipping delays due to weather and holiday season are normal. After a package is turned over to shipping carrier it is truly out of our hands, but we will always do our best to help track down any orders if problems arise. 

Wrong address disclaimer: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you have an address change, please notify us ASAP. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so if a shipping label is already created.
